Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef with expertise in Pakistani and Chinese cuisines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic dishes, ensuring the integrity of cultural flavors and cooking techniques while upholding the highest standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare traditional dishes following established recipes.
- Oversee kitchen staff, providing training in cooking methods.
- Develop menus utilizing seasonal and regional ingredients.
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage food costs effectively and minimize waste.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Senior Line Cook.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani cuisine and cooking methodologies.
- Culinary degree is preferred; excellent leadership skills are essential.
