Job Description
Location: Islamabad | Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM
Zigron Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Psychology and 5 to 6 years of experience in HR operations.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong policy-making capabilities, expertise in leave management, and a proactive approach while working with a small team. Proficiency in ERP systems and compliance with EOBI regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Develop HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, oversee attendance and leave management, and collaborate with department heads and finance for payroll processing.
