Job Description

Zenith Associates is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Officer who is experienced in networking, CCTV systems, and both software and hardware support. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure while delivering prompt assistance to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.
• Install and maintain CCTV systems.
• Provide technical assistance for desktop and laptop users.
• Coordinate procurement processes with vendors.

Requirements:
