Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Customer Service Representative based near Gajjumata, Ferozpur Road, Lahore. This full-time, in-person position runs 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a competitive salary starting from Rs50,00/month.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English and strong communication skills
- 3–5 years’ experience, preferably in the garments industry
- Professional, empathetic attitude toward customers
Responsibilities include promptly responding to inquiries across channels, resolving complaints, processing orders and requests, maintaining interaction records, and providing product knowledge and feedback to improve service efficiency.
