Job Description

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, proficient in Airline Ticketing Software (GDS systems such as Galileo or Sabre), and exceptional skills in customer support and business development.
Key responsibilities include executing Umrah packages, selling international holiday packages, and managing travel services, encompassing flights, hotels, and transfers. Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills, be adept at handling inquiries, processing flight tickets, managing tourist visa applications, and coordinating with our support partners.
