Job Description
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal, is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join our Lahore-based team. The CSR will be the primary client contact, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person; coordinating property viewings; maintaining CRM records; assisting with documentation; and resolving client issues promptly and courteously.
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field; customer service experience required; real estate experience a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (e.g., Salesforce), strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Compensation: Competitive salary (Rs40,00–Rs100,00), commission, health insurance, mobile and travel allowances, and development opportunities.
