Job Description
WBM Technologies is seeking a Motor Winding Technician for our Lahore facility. This is a full-time position (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) offering a salary of PKR 40,00–50,00.
Candidates must have technical training or equivalent experience in motor winding and industrial motor repair. Key responsibilities include diagnosing faults; rewinding single- and three-phase motors; disassembling and inspecting windings; replacing coils, bearings, and insulation; conducting motor tests; maintaining tools; and complying with safety and quality standards.
- Required skills: copper winding techniques, insulation and testing methods, interpreting wiring diagrams, strong troubleshooting ability, and clear communication.
