Job Description
WBM Technologies is seeking a proactive and organized Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service to our valued clients via chat, email, and phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries, efficiently resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating effectively with team members.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is required, with prior customer support experience preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to multitask effectively. We strongly encourage female candidates to apply.
Salary: Competitive salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
