Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Retail division! This key position involves assisting the Retail Store Manager with daily operations, along with strategizing to enhance customer engagement.
Your duties will encompass coordinating customer service initiatives, supervising team members, managing inventory levels, and assessing employee performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports to analyze retail metrics and supporting store closing procedures.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience. Preference will be given to applicants aged between 25 and 35.
This is a full-time role that requires in-person attendance.
