Job Description

We are hiring an HR Manager to lead daily HR operations for our software house. You will implement HR strategies and policies, oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and retention initiatives, conduct exit interviews, and manage employee relations while ensuring labor law compliance.

• Required: 3+ years HR management in an IT firm and minimum 2 years in a software house
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and current HR best practices
• Work location: In person — Faisalabad (must reliably commute or relocate)
