Job Description
We are seeking a professional Inbound Sales Agent to manage customer inquiries for US Trucking Dispatch. The role involves booking loads, coordinating dispatch between shippers and carriers, and maintaining timely scheduling and tracking updates.
- Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, professional support
- Qualify leads, negotiate rates, and confirm load bookings
- Update CRM, scheduling, and tracking systems accurately
- Maintain strong communication with shippers, carriers, and internal teams
Ideal candidates have excellent phone and written communication skills, basic knowledge of trucking and dispatch operations, proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office, and a customer-service mindset. Prior dispatch or sales experience is preferred. This is a fast-paced position with opportunities for growth.
