Job Description
VapeMall is seeking a proactive and motivated female professional to join our team on a contract basis as a Churn Management Executive. In this vital role, you will focus on enhancing customer retention and managing churn within both our retail and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who have stopped shopping or unsubscribed.
- Record the reasons for their disengagement.
- Provide valuable insights to management for improving customer experience.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate insights to leadership.
- Efficiently manage follow-ups on designated customer lists.
Compensation: PKR 30,00 – 35,00 plus commission.
Requirements: Strong communication skills in Urdu and English; prior customer service experience is preferred.
