Job Description
UTF Labs seeks a Client Service Associate to join our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office. This full-time, onsite position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong English communication skills, computer literacy, and a professional approach to handling inbound and outbound calls. Call center/BPO experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
- Professionally resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent support
- Prioritize timely, courteous communication
Monthly salary: Rs30,00–Rs50,00. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Applications from all genders are encouraged.
