We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for strategic roles. You will design targeted sourcing strategies, manage the candidate experience, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and use data to improve time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire. Responsibilities include passive sourcing, employer branding, interview coaching, and coordinating onboarding. You will mentor junior recruiters and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
