Job Description
UNNF Logistics (Private) Limited is currently looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to oversee critical accounting functions essential for maintaining our general ledger. This role reports directly to the Accounts Manager and involves accurately recording revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with banks on routine matters
- Preparing the company’s Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations
- Managing the preparation of invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Assisting with tax returns and compliance
- Coordinating with external auditors
- Handling petty cash and ensuring timely payments
- Completing other tasks as assigned by Management
