Job Description
Unity Films seeks a full-time, onsite Front Desk Officer for our Rawalpindi office. Female candidates only; maximum education: Intermediate. You will serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls and emails.
- Greet guests; answer and route calls and messages
- Manage front desk organization, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide basic administrative support: filing, data entry, and supplies management
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and punctual attendance
Requirements: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic MS Office and email proficiency, reliability, and ability to work onsite. Receptionist or client-facing experience is a plus.
