Job Description
Unique Group of Institutions is looking for a committed HR Officer to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in the recruitment and selection process, maintain our CV databank, and actively source candidates through various channels. Additionally, you will conduct onboarding formalities for new hires, support organizational development initiatives, and facilitate performance management processes.
The ideal candidate will possess an MHRM, MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or a related degree, along with 1-2 years of relevant HR experience. This is a full-time, in-person position.
