Job Description
The Talk Flow is actively seeking motivated and self-assured individuals to support our Medicare and Final Expense Campaign. We have available positions for Customer Service Representatives (Fronters) and Verifiers to become a part of our dynamic night shift team. Ideal candidates should exhibit outstanding communication skills, be fluent in English, and maintain a positive, goal-oriented attitude. We welcome fresh graduates, and previous call center experience will be considered an advantage.
Night shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM at our office located on Main 6th Road, close to Shah G Food. We offer competitive salaries, with Fronters earning between 20,00 – 30,00 PKR (negotiable) and Verifiers earning between 30,00 – 35,00 PKR.
