Job Description
Touchstone Communications is on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Officer to provide exceptional customer service by efficiently responding to IT support requests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and executing software installations and configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely responses, resolutions, and appropriate escalation of issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
- Resolve software and hardware issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of IT Support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows installations and Microsoft Office suite.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs55,00.00 per month | Night shift availability required.
