Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, well-groomed female receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our I-10/3 Islamabad office. This full-time position involves greeting visitors, screening and forwarding calls, managing mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments, providing basic administrative support, and maintaining visitor logs and security procedures.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of front-desk experience, strong English and Urdu communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
