Job Description
The Skin Xperts is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, confirm orders, and drive sales transactions through WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate order status updates.
- Promote our products and facilitate sales opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate level.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Urdu and intermediate English.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Salary: Rs 30,00 – Rs 40,00 per month, located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15.
