Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Bahadurabad. The ideal candidate will work full-time from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm and be responsible for providing exceptional front desk service. Key responsibilities include greeting parents, visitors, and students in a courteous manner, efficiently managing incoming calls and inquiries, maintaining visitor records, and offering administrative support to the school office. Additionally, the role requires effective communication between departments.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and prior experience in a school or customer service environment is preferred.
