Job Description
The Citizens Foundation seeks an Outreach Associate to manage donor relationships via calls and emails, maintain donor databases, coordinate across country portfolios, route inquiries, and support fundraising targets. This full-time, in-person role requires handling high call volumes, quickly learning scripts and Salesforce, and demonstrating excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and strong attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to manage donor interactions and collaborate with internal teams.
