Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, RHR to support HR operations, recruitment, rewards, and employee relations. In partnership with the HR Manager, you will help implement policies, manage performance processes, and ensure compliance.

• Coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS tasks
• Analyze HR metrics and lead employee engagement initiatives
• Support performance management and adherence to labor laws

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; at least 3 years of HR experience; strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HRIS is preferred.
