Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Regional HR Manager to support HR operations across multiple sites. The role will assist regional managers with talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and local compliance. You will help drive employee engagement, training programs, and workforce planning while maintaining confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
- Qualifications: 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication and analytical skills, knowledge of labor laws.
- Technical: Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, hands-on approach, ability to manage confidential information.
