Job Description
We are seeking a skilled B2B Sales and Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily identification and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, generating leads, and engaging potential clients through LinkedIn outreach. You will create tailored proposals and pitch decks designed to secure new projects, all while ensuring our company profiles are optimized for maximum visibility.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales or managing freelance platforms, with a strong grasp of Upwork bidding strategies and LinkedIn lead generation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling proposals are essential. This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting salary of Rs50,00.00 per month.
