Job Description

Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is looking for a skilled HR and Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should hold a BBA, MBA, BS, or MS in Human Resource Management and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attendance Tracking
• Payroll Administration
• Management of Overtime, Advances, and Leave
• Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with HRIS is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred

This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs. 70,00 along with attractive benefits and requires in-person attendance.
