By streamlining a traditionally complex process, we turn hours of effort into mere minutes.
We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Officer dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our store partners. The ideal candidate should possess 0-2 years of experience in customer service (recent graduates are welcome to apply), have completed at least 12 years of education, and demonstrate strong communication skills in Urdu.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and resolving any complaints that arise.
