Job Description

Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately managing data entry, verifying information, and generating reports while maintaining data integrity.

Applicants must demonstrate a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, exhibit fast typing skills, and possess keen attention to detail. A minimum qualification of an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, along with 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, is required. Familiarity with ERP software will be considered an asset.
