Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, full-time Customer Service Representative to join Sovereign Services in the BPO sector. In this role you will attract and select qualified candidates to meet our clients’ staffing needs while maintaining high standards of service.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate the hiring process and candidate communications
- Manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently
Applicants should possess strong communication skills and preferred experience in customer service. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities. We offer a competitive salary of Rs35,00–Rs80,00 per month, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.
