Job Description
Solar Ventures Private Limited is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time position in Customer Service and Office Support. Key responsibilities include answering and transferring phone calls, posting online advertisements, and ensuring follow-ups every three hours. Additionally, the candidate will maintain office supplies, take notes during meetings, and distribute minutes. Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries are also essential to this role.
Qualifications include an intermediate level of education with strong SEO skills, 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, and proficiency in communication, negotiation, and MS Office.
The work environment is from Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, located in DHA Phase 2 Extension, with a monthly salary range of Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00. The expected start date is 15/09/2025.
