Job Description

Skingen is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent, preferably female, who possesses strong communication skills in both Urdu and English for our Lahore office. The successful candidate will efficiently address customer inquiries regarding our products and oversee social media content management.

• Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage customer feedback and complaints.

Requirements:
