Job Description

We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave administration. The role requires accurate administration, clear communication, and adherence to policy and regulatory requirements.

• Manage enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Coordinate with vendors and resolve claims or billing issues
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws
• Develop and deliver benefits communications to employees

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of HR or benefits experience, strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and familiarity with benefits administration platforms.
