Job Description
SIAC Waste Management Services is looking for a committed HR Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will oversee daily attendance matters, track worker attendance records, and manage employee files effectively.
Your key responsibilities include preparing monthly reports and facilitating the process of opening bank accounts for employees. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring seamless HR operations in both rural and urban settings.
This position is available in Chunian or Pattoki. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources is preferred, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
