Job Description

Shapes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Additional duties include handling confidential correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and acting as a liaison with various contacts. The Personal Assistant will also run personal errands, maintain filing systems, assist with events and projects, and monitor deadlines to ensure smooth operations.
