Job Description
Shapes Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a meticulous and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the tasks of our housekeeping staff to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Your key duties will include inspecting guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, training new team members on established procedures, managing inventory, scheduling staff shifts, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring adherence to health regulations. Additionally, you will promptly report maintenance issues and oversee the cleaning of solar panels and perform deep cleaning as required.
The compensation for this position ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month, and it requires in-person attendance.
