This position requires overseeing the complete medical billing process, analyzing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and providing mentorship to junior staff members. Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of U.S. healthcare billing and coding practices, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS. Strong English communication skills are crucial for this role.
