Job Description
Sehar Foods is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed targets, cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients, and lead sales teams toward achieving both individual and team objectives. Additionally, responsibilities include conducting market research and performance analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Eligibility requirements include a minimum of 15 years in sales, with 8 years specifically in the oil and ghee industry, preferably within the FMCG sector. Excellent communication skills are essential.
