Job Description

SAZ Enterprises is on the hunt for an Admin cum Office Receptionist to act as the first point of contact at our office located on Shaheed e Millat Road. In this role, you will facilitate daily operations and ensure exemplary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously.
  • Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Oversee mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Coordinate meal preparation and service for visitors.
  • Maintain pantry supplies and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support office functions.

Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
