Job Description
Ronikal Energy is currently in search of a skilled and meticulous Clothing Production In-Charge to oversee our clothing manufacturing operations on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless production processes that adhere to quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations and schedules.
- Coordinate effectively with teams in cutting, stitching, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
- Monitor production output and swiftly address any workflow challenges.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in garment production management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to lead teams and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 30,00.00 – Rs 40,00.00 per month
