Job Description
Robust Support and Solutions seeks a dedicated, detail-oriented Payroll Lead to oversee our payroll operations. The Payroll Lead will ensure accurate, timely employee compensation, lead a small payroll team, implement and refine payroll policies, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and reporting
- Supervise and mentor payroll staff
- Implement payroll controls, policies, and compliance procedures
- Proven experience with payroll software, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication
