Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational and time-management skills, demonstrating the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Strong capabilities in conflict resolution and decision-making are crucial to uphold employee compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing job descriptions and managing the recruitment process.
- Orienting and training both new and existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance and satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Effectively administering payroll and benefits.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of employment laws.
