Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our team handling takeaway and delivery orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between call agents, kitchen staff, and delivery teams. You will monitor order accuracy, timely dispatch, and customer satisfaction while preparing daily logs and reports. Additionally, you will provide training and evaluation for call agents to enhance team performance.
The perfect candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in call center management, be proficient in both Urdu and English, possess a background in food service, and be tech-savvy.
