Job Description
PromoGen is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant) to join our Car Detailing Business in San Diego. We seek individuals who possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, basic automotive knowledge, and familiarity with CRM systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and text
- Provide detailed service information, quotes, and assist customers with bookings
- Assess vehicle types to accurately determine pricing
- Utilize CRM tools for effective customer interaction management
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Represent our brand with professionalism
Working Hours: Part-time | 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD Time) | Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
