Key Responsibilities:

– Manage a high volume of customer calls.

– Actively listen to customer concerns and offer effective solutions.

– Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

– Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction.

– Escalate complex issues as necessary.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

– Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

– Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.

– Fluent in English.
