Reports To: General Manager
Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a network of branches, focusing on driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will prioritize achieving targets related to deposits, loans, and overall profitability while fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in banking.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
Compensation: Rs250,00.00 – Rs400,00.00 per month
