Job Description
Omega/Naseem Medical Billing & Collection Services is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team on the night shift. This full-time position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience.
Location: Rawalpindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and applications.
- Provide technical support to users both in-person and remotely.
