Job Description
NICON Group of Colleges seeks a full-time, in-person IELTS/PTE Master Trainer in Rawalpindi to deliver high-quality test preparation and lead trainer development. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (English, Linguistics, or Education preferred) and have 3–5+ years’ experience teaching IELTS and PTE. Preferred certifications: IDP/British Council IELTS Trainer, Pearson PTE Trainer/Expert, TESOL/CELTA/TEFL.
Core responsibilities include:
- Designing lessons and mock tests; diagnosing student weaknesses analytically
- Delivering training, mentoring trainers, and managing student performance
- Ensuring academic quality assurance and handling related administrative tasks
- Proficiency with LMS and test software
Salary: Rs60,00–70,00 per month.
