Job Description
Nexus95 is on the lookout for a talented Technical Recruiter with a minimum of one year of experience in IT recruitment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications, source and interview candidates, and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Source, interview, and select candidates.
- Assess technical skills pertinent to the roles.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, strong understanding of IT concepts, and outstanding communication abilities.
