Job Description
NextGen HR is actively looking for a dedicated and organized Shift Incharge Logistics to oversee and manage all dispatch and weighbridge operations during designated shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, weighing, and documentation of finished goods and incoming materials. Additional responsibilities include generating delivery advisories and dispatch notes, ensuring timely system updates, and collaborating with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for efficient order fulfillment. The role also involves monitoring stock movement, maintaining safety compliance, and supervising staff while addressing operational concerns promptly.
